Streaming Of Free and Ad-Supported Feature Films Done By YouTube Currently

In recent times, YouTube began to roll out a series of feature films so that the viewers can watch them for free, though the feature films will be supported by ads as well. There are some of the notable films on YouTube to catch on amidst the large collection of them. Some of the major films which the audience will be able to catch on are The Terminator, Rocky, and Legally Blonde.
The video platform started to release all the movies in October with a category that is free to watch in the movies section. From this category, users have to traditionally rent or purchase the movies which they want to watch from YouTube. As the films are supported by ads, the films come with commercial interruptions and pop-up ads that may appear at regular intervals.
The feature comes not very long after it was announced by Roku that they also have a movie selection which is free and supported by ads. The Roku channel will be available on the web that includes a number of older films like 50 First Dates and The Matrix.
Director of product management of YouTube, Rohit Dhawan, told that the company has seen an opportunity for all the advertisers and consumers. He also noted that there might be a way for advertisers to bring sponsorships for the films and they can even hold exclusive screenings. At present, the selection has a limitation of 100 films currently, but they will eventually expand.
