Next week, Avengers: Endgame would be returning to theaters with additional post-credit scenes. The latest MCU movie which was originally premiered in late April would be having limited time release with official post-credit scenes.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe which became a blockbuster was premiered in late April. Very soon it debuted a whopping $1.2 billion worldwide.
Marvel Studios co-president Kevin Feige informed that a new version of Endgame would appear in theaters that would be having a couple of additional scenes which was not present in the original. Feige stated that if people “stay and watch the movie, after the credits, there would be a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises.”
The description indicates that Endgame’s additional materials won’t be similar to the quick post-credit scenes Marvel fans are habitual to. Feige told that the rerelease would hit theaters from next weekend.” It would be one week before Spider-Man: Far From Home releases, hinting that Endgame’s additional features probably tie into the next Peter Parker installment. Marvel earlier attached the trailer for Far From Home to Endgame a couple of weeks after Endgame was released.
Endgame observed the end of a 22-movie journey through the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the last 11 years. The film brought in over $2.7 billion worldwide — and is approximately $45 million away from defeating Avatar as the top-grossing movie of all time.
